WHO IS GEORGE?

In 2017 I was 115lbs, malnourished and sick of my current trajectory. I was an 18 year old County Squash player who got beaten by an old man because I was too tired to get to the front of the court. Something needed to change!I dove deep into all the research I could get my hands on about health and fitness. Then I began experimenting to figure out the best way to get in shape fast!9 months later, I built my first 30lbs of muscle with weighted calisthenics, and behaviour change. The truly remarkable thing was...I only trained 3 days per week!Fast forward 8 years.
